How long does shipping my order take?

We usually process your order within 24 hours. Shipping with DHL within Germany usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

How much does shipping within Germany cost?

For standard shipping, a flat rate of €7.69 applies. If you order 2 or more wings, shipping is free.

Do you also deliver abroad (EU / Europe)?

Currently, we only ship within Germany. However, we are already working intensively to expand our shipping shortly to the EU and other selected European countries. If you would like to order from abroad, feel free to sign up for our newsletter or contact our support – we will inform you as soon as your country is available!

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your package is packed and handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive an email with your personal track-and-trace link for tracking.

Do you also deliver to DHL Packstations or post offices?

Yes, since we ship with DHL, you can easily adjust your delivery address to a DHL Packstation or branch during the ordering process.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

If your package or contents have been damaged during transport, please contact our support immediately with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will take care of a replacement right away.
